Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products (herbal supplements, topical preparations, and consumable wellness items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo documentation of the issue.Shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis once the issue is verified.
